Cancellation Policy for Karan Cabs

1. Cancellation Timeframes:

• 24 Hours or More Before Scheduled Pickup: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will be eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid amounts.
• Less Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Pickup: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total fare.
• No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation: If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup or cancel on the day of the service, you will be charged the full fare of the booking.

2. How to Cancel:

• Online: You can cancel your booking through our website or mobile app by accessing your reservation under the "My Bookings" section and selecting the cancel option.

3. Refunds:
